Owner
Sabrina Rodabaugh
Sabrina started MBF in 2020 with the dream of creating a space where women have a safe space for their health journey. She encourages women to "Get Comfortable Being Uncomfortable" and challenge themselves along their journey.
Sabrina teaches weight lifting and dance classes at MBF. You will be sure to always get a calorie burning, fun, and entertaining workout with Sabrina.
She has completed 75 Hard and the Live Hard program, is always looking for how to give back to her community, and she loves to tell jokes and is always laughing.
Yoga Instructor & Manager
Miranda Tippie
Miranda has lived all of her life in the fitness arena, from sports throughout her childhood and into her adult life then becoming a Yoga Instructor in 2008. She practices flow and relaxation Yoga at MBF and loves to lifts weights when she isn't stretching.
As well as Yoga, Miranda teaches strength training and cardio classes such as HIIT throughout the year. She loves sharing her love for fitness with every woman who steps into the gym.
Miranda finished her Live Hard year in 2023, serves her community through the OT department at U of F and donates her time to many 501C3's in our community.
CARDIO DRUMMING & HARDCORE INSTRUCTOR
Jessica Noel
Hi!! My name is Jess!! I teach Cardio Drumming and Hardcore at Mind Body Fitness. I am a fun loving, high energy, positive person who loves to laugh! I am a wife and a mother of two amazing kids! I love taking time to listen to the birds chirp, smell flowers any chance I get, listening to my wind chimes, watching sunrises and sunsets, star gazing, reading, and just being. Oh and coffee... I love coffee haha.
Ohhh how could I forget COWSSS I love cows!!! I am not perfect, no one is. I make lots of mistakes during class and have been known to restart a song or two haha. I love to watch and help other women strive to meet their goals, both in fitness and in life. Come get strong with me at MBF!
Step Aerobics and HIIT Instructor
Ciara Collins
Hi! My name is Ciara. I currently teach Step Aerobics and HIIT at Mind Body Fitness. At 28, my love for fitness has come in waves but since I’ve found a family at MBF I enjoy each day in my fitness journey! You’ll find me attending cardio drumming most weeks and experimenting with other classes.
I currently am a teacher and I bartend on the weekends. I enjoy staying busy and spending time with my dog Brutus! I have a camper in Marblehead where I spend most of my summer days kayaking and causing shenanigans. During the colder months I enjoy coffee dates, reading, and avoiding all snow if possible. It’s been a wild ride so far, so I love that MBF is nonjudgmental, we’re all hot messes but in a good way
Line Dancing Instructor
Jesse Eschbach
Jesse Eschbach has been a dancer all her life. She attended line dance classes with her grandparents as a kid in the late 90s/early 2000s (a class she still attends with her mom and grandma every week!). Jesse has been choreographing and teaching since 2010.
Let's dance! Jesse teaches line dance classes that include basic footwork and technique tips, popular and classic line dances from all over the world, and encourage women to express themselves and feel good in their bodies.
Several of Jesse's original line dances placed 1st-3rd in the largest line dance choreography competition in the USA. Outside of class, she is a marketing Content Creator, writer, avid reader, and loves movie trivia and animals
Substitute Instructor
Cari Taylor
I have been attending MBF for the last three years and it's made an impact in my life. Not only does working out help me physically, but having a group of wonderful women and lasting friendships, I truly know I belong. I have gone from the girl in the back corner, who never spoke to teaching class. This is an amazing gym who accepts women with any body types from any walks of life.
My favorite class is BootyWork because I enjoy dancing and I've had the honor to teach it. Come, try out every class and see which classes you love!!
I am a wife and mom of two awesome kids. My life is surrounded by sporting events and everything my kids are involved in. My favorite season is Fall and I love football.
Substitute Instructor
Jill Penrose
I love food and actually get paid to talk about it!!! If I’m not traveling for work or to food shows you can find me in the kitchen eating, cooking or baking. I also love to hop in my Jeep and feel the wind in my hair. We like to travel for fun too and drive to a cabin on a lake or in search of waterfalls.
My husband Sean and I enjoy sporting events together, each year we try to visit a new ballpark or stadium. We love adventure…me sometimes more so .
